C.M. Castillo, a native Chicagoan, has a joyful passion for historical fiction. Her debut novel “The Pages of Adeena” takes place in 1952 Chicago with a hint of 1910 Paris and 1964 New York weaving their way through the pages.
Though in her previous life she has earned a degree in Management and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, she has always treasured the freedom and joy of writing fiction. Now, with the release of her debut novel, her dream of being a full-time fiction author is well on its way. When not writing or reading, C.M. can be found corralling her three energetic dogs, restocking her over-sized lending library or visiting any one of Chicago’s many wonderful Blues and Jazz venues. C.M. lives in Chicagoland with her partner Kristin and trio of lovable mutts.
